Job Overview
 
• Perform field oversight of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) contractors on FRF system scope for the Darlington Turbine Generator Refurbishment, including: Main/stop control valve, intercept valves, frf pumps, valves, tanks and complete system support.     
• Perform field oversight and technical expertise during contractor's execution of Comprehensive Work Packages, and Work Plans in the FRF scope areas.
• Involvement and provide key feedback in review of materials, FME plans, lift plans, work protection etc..
• Attend and contribute to contractor daily planning and schedule review meetings as required
• Assessing support to Maintenance specialist team
 
Qualifications
 
• Previous OPG Nuclear experience preferred
• Extensive mechanical maintenance experience
• Knowledgeable in OPG Turbine Generator outage execution and maintenance procedures and practices
• Knowledgeable in large Generator maintenance, particularly Darlington NGS Generator and Auxiliaries
