Duration: 12 months – Aug Staff contractor will work a total of 1000 hours over a 12 month period. Work will start immediately for 3 months, and will ramp up again in Q2 of 2018.

Job Overview
The Darlington Maintenance department has initiated a MA2/LFI recovery plan that requires a highly skilled individual to support our front line supervisors as well as our managerial team. This individual will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge with them and have worked as a manager in maintenance previously. The job responsibilities will include providing mentorship to front line supervisors, help to identify gaps in maintenance fundamentals as well as provide feedback to Maintenance Managers and Section Managers.
This individual will be responsible for mentoring front line supervisors and providing feedback to the managerial team. This individual will need years of experience as a manager and preferable in the maintenance department.
