Job Overview
 
• Lead and execute a change portfolio in support of the strategic objectives of the Supply Chain business (including business process change, culture change, information technology change, organizational change, etc.).
• Develop and support the Supply Chain business unit with change strategies and plans for significant changes identified through business strategy or in response to emerging issues. Work with the line organization to create structures and approaches for successful change to happen in order to realize benefits, increase adoption and minimize risk.
• Utilize project management methodology, tools, techniques and terminology to drive successful execution of the change initiatives.
• Establish and maintain communications among all project/ program stakeholders.
• Structure, lead, and/or assist in leading all project related meetings and deliverables required to ensure open communication between all team members, key stakeholders, and management and to properly report project status.
• Complete coaching, train and train-the-trainer initiatives.
 
Qualifications
 
• 4 year university degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of well-rounded progressive Supply Chain experience and knowledge in change management, training and process improvement with large organizations.
• Prosci or similar change management certification is an asset.
• Expertise in project management and execution.
