Project Title: Quality Management SCR Coordination
Job Overview
• The contractor will be responsible for processing all SCRs for the DNR project
• The contractor will actively engage with and liaise with various Refurbishment stakeholders
• The contractor will provide mentorship to the new staff that are arriving as part of the QM organizational restructuring process
• The contractor will be responsible to disposition SCRs for their Presenting Managers
• The contractor will be responsible for working with line to reach a resolution
• Previous DNR experience processing SCRs is required
• Previous experience working in Refurbishment Quality Management is required
