Job Overview
• Support the Operations Manager in the area of human performance and conduct of Operations
• Provide support to Operations Human Performance initiatives
• Observe and mentor CRSS/SM performance in the main control room
• Provide clarification, reinforcement and ensure consistent application of the Operations Manager's expectations
• Support planning and implementation of plans associated with Operations improvement initiatives
• Review station performance, logs and SCR's to assess opportunities for learning
• Previously licensed as ANO/CRSS/SM
• Extensive knowledge of conduct of operations
• Skills in observation, mentoring of people
