Job Overview
 
Need OPG qualified Mechanical DTL to support design packages including the following Master ECs for RFR Project:
1. Master EC 119178, 1,2,3,4-21140-MASTER-FLASK AND HANDLING
2. Master EC 121054, U1, 2, 3, 4 electrical interferences removal and re-installation
3. Master EC 121123, 1,2,3,4-70000-MASTER-MECHANICAL SERVICES
4. Master EC 118768, U1, 2, 3, 4 power and control to moderator drying skids
5. Master EC 121507, 1,2,3,4-30000-MASTER-MECHANICAL OBSTRUCTIONS & INTERFERENCES
6. Master EC 120850, 1,2,3,4-76111-MASTER-CONTAINMENT VAULT CRANES UPGRADE
 
- Review and accept DECs on behalf of OPG for subsequent units (3,1, 4)
- provide design oversight of design process related to the above projects
- provide installation/commissioning support for the above projects;
- participate in return to services (TMOD removal) for the above projects;
 
 
Additional Scope of works:
 
7. coordinate review/acceptance of vendor design documents. i.e., Drawings, Calculations, BOMs, etc.
8. coordinate on-line-wiring works between EPC and DNGS Drawing Offices;
9. coordinate ETAP activities for the above projects;
10. attend review meetings, as required, and provide field support for any design concerns.
11. Security clearance and asset suite access are required.

OPG Design Team Lead (DTL) Qualified, OPG DE Qualified, COMS participant or COMS lead qualified
