Job Overview
1. Primary project engineer oversight of Turbine Generator Controls and Excitation Controls
2. Provide specialized knowledge and experience on Darlington Turbine Generator controls and excitation controls during execution planning
3. Assist in managing interfaces between TG’s vendors (GE and CanAtom) and internal OPG workgroups
4. Review vendor documentation as required
5. Track vendors’ adherence to scope and manage scope changes as required
6. Assist Project Manager and Contract Manager to manage the commercial contract and scope changes as required.
7. 5+ years experience in Project Engineering or Project Management, preferably within a Nuclear facility
8. Bachelor of Engineering or degree in Engineering Technology in a related discipline
9. Extensive knowledge and experience working with Turbine Generator controls and excitation controls
10. Superior oral and written communication skills
