Job Overview
1. Provide Fire Protection expertise for Darlington IIP Projects, such as assessment of OPG's compliance with fire codes, scope of inspections, evaluating need for repairs and specifying repair or refurbishment strategies, preparing IIP close out documentation for submission to the CNSC, reviewing and providing Station strategies for managing age-related degradation mechanisms of components.
2. 4 year University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
3. A minimum of 15 years experience in industry, preferably Nuclear with OPG operation, Design or Engineering background.
4. Strong knowledge of Fire Code requirements.
